Ingredients:
- 1 packet Batata Vada Mix
- 3 boiled and mashed potatoes
- 1 tsp mustard seeds
- 1 tsp turmeric powder
- 1 tsp ginger-garlic paste
- Salt to taste
- Fresh coriander leaves, chopped
- Oil for frying
Instructions:
Prepare Filling: Heat oil, add mustard seeds, then ginger-garlic paste, turmeric, and mashed potatoes. Add salt and mix well. Let it cool, then shape into small balls.
Prepare Batter: In a bowl, add Batata Vada Mix and water to make a smooth batter.
Fry: Dip each potato ball in the batter, coat well, and deep fry in hot oil until golden brown.
Serve: Drain on paper towels and enjoy hot with chutney!
