Ingredients:
- 2 large crabs, cleaned and cut
- 2 onions, finely chopped
- 2 tomatoes, chopped
- 1 tbsp Chimbori Masala
- 1 tbsp ginger-garlic paste
- 1/2 tsp turmeric powder
- 1-2 green chilies, slit
- Fresh coriander leaves, chopped
- Salt to taste
- Oil for cooking
- Water as needed
Instructions:
Prepare Base: Heat oil in a pan, add onions, and sauté until golden brown. Add ginger-garlic paste and green chilies, and cook until aromatic.
Add Tomatoes and Spices: Add tomatoes, Chimbori Masala, turmeric, and salt. Cook until the tomatoes soften and the oil begins to separate.
Cook Crab: Add crab pieces to the masala, mix well, and cook for 5-10 minutes until the crab turns orange and absorbs the flavors.
Simmer: Add a little water if needed, cover, and let it simmer for another 10 minutes until the crab is fully cooked and tender.
Garnish: Sprinkle fresh coriander leaves on top.
Serve: Enjoy your spicy Chimbori Masala with rice or bhakri!
