1. Eligibility
   ○ Open to individuals aged 18 years and above.
   ○ Organizers, sponsors, and their immediate family members are not eligible to participate.

2. Registration & Entry Fee
   ○ Registration is open until 26th October 2025.
   ○ Entry Fee: Rs. 600/- (non-refundable).
   ○ Each registered participant will receive a hamper containing products from चव महाराष्ट्राची.
   ○ Registration is confirmed only after successful fee payment and submission of the Website Form.

3. Contest Structure
   ○ Round 1 – Video Submission (Online):
   ■ Participants must prepare their chosen dish using चव महाराष्ट्राची spices and submit a cooking video.
   ■ Video Duration: Maximum 10 minutes.
   ■ Video must begin and end with a mention of “चव महाराष्ट्राची”.
   ■ The video must be shot horizontally (landscape mode).

○ Round 2 – Final Round (Offline Presentation):
■ Selected finalists from Round 1 will be invited to a designated venue in Mumbai.
■ Finalists must bring their pre-cooked dish and only perform plating and presentation in front of the judges.
■ The final round will be held in November 2025 (exact date will be shared with shortlisted contestants only).

4. Judging Criteria
   ○ Round 1 shortlisting will be based on innovation, authenticity, presentation, use of spices, and video quality.
   ○ Final judging will be done by a panel of experts based on taste, creativity, plating, and presentation.
   ○ The decision of the judges will be final and binding.

5. Final Round Participation
   ○ Finalists must personally attend the event in Mumbai.
   ○ All travel, stay, and related expenses will be borne by the participants.
   ○ If a finalist is unable to attend, their entry will be forfeited, and the next eligible contestant may be considered.

6. Prizes & Recognition
   ○ Three winners will be selected and awarded prizes (details to be announced).
   ○ All participants will receive a certificate of participation.
   ○ Prizes are non-transferable and cannot be exchanged for cash.

7. Intellectual Property & Usage Rights
   ○ By participating, contestants grant चव महाराष्ट्राची the right to use their videos, images, names, and submitted recipes for promotional purposes.
   ○ Recipes remain the intellectual property of participants, but the organizers may feature them in marketing campaigns, publications, or media.

8. General Rules
   ○ Entries must be original and created solely for this contest.
   ○ Plagiarism, misrepresentation, or submission of pre-recorded/old content will lead to disqualification.
   ○ Organizers reserve the right to modify, postpone, or cancel the contest at any stage without prior notice.
   ○ By registering, participants accept all rules and agree to abide by the decisions of the organizers.

9. Liability
   ○ Organizers are not responsible for any loss, injury, or damages arising out of participation, travel, or stay.
   ○ Any food allergies, safety issues, or health concerns related to preparation or consumption of dishes are the sole responsibility of the participant.
